So first of all let’s just say “it broke” after a few times of wearing it, but the second and third things to say are somewhat more important. Second, is that this is the first and only time I have had a product from Buddha Stone that this has happened to. Third, customer service at Buddha Stone are very helpful and understanding and I now have a replacement unit on its way to me.
