I’m really pleased with my experience with Buddha Stones.
I ordered the Red String Jade Connection Bracelet as a gift for my partner. There was a delay during production, and I was a little concerned at first. However, the customer service team were excellent. They responded promptly to my emails, kept me informed, and were very helpful throughout the process. As a thoughtful gesture, they even included a Year of the Horse necklace as a gift to apologise for the delay, which was greatly appreciated.
When the bracelet arrived, it was beautiful and exactly as described. I was also quite worried it might be too small, but thankfully the fit was perfect. Most importantly, my partner loves it, which made the wait worthwhile.
Overall, I’m very happy with both the quality of the bracelet and the customer service I received. It’s clear that they care about their customers, and I would happily order from Buddha Stones again.

Arrived well presented in nice bag in a decorated box. Ideal as this was bought as a gift. The colour of the cord is vivid and it is very nicely made. Very happy with the purchase.
